Lost power around 10 and it was never restored during my stay. This made it unbearably hot, staff did not offer to comp or discount our rooms. Leaky windows in another guests room. Breakfast was stale.

It is near a highway but I would have thought that the sound proofing should be better. It is a very basic hotel, ok if you’re only looking for a bed but nothing more.

Very clean and a fantastic location!!!! If you just want a clean place to sleep! My air conditioner was extremely loud !!! My last night my tv wasn’t working to ask for service ! She tried to fix it then said she would call someone! They never came so I ask to move to another room beside me(I knew to was empty and I was told they didn’t have any room for me to switch too!!! NOT TRUE!!!

Poorest conditions and they said it was recently remolded..Had my Two small kids with me and the Sheet and pillow cases had HUMAN BLOOD Splatters. Bathroom looked like an old 7/11 restroom that hasn’t been attended to in days. Staff was very disrespectful. They called the cops on me when I asked for a refund because of the room’s condition. Very horrible experience indeed. Would NEVER recommend this Hotel to ANYONE

A $35 deposit on top of what I paid through Expedia. Not sure who's doing the house keeping but completely missed the first room given, it's a good thing they had extra availability. Reasonably priced for last minute stop for a small town off highway on a Friday night. Second room was clean, not a fan of fabuloso smell. At least it let's you know someone cleaned room.

Awesome!
They make sure the rooms are very clean. The staff are real friendly and helpful. They have hot shower, comfortable beds and the ac/heat works well. You can't beat the price. People complain about stained towels but that's one way of keeping the price low. They could throw them away but then they'd have to charge more. We have been here for 3 months while waiting on our place to be ready. This is our last night here. It's bitter sweet. We're excited about the new place but we'll miss it here too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable inexpensive stay.

There were no chairs at the tables where the continental breakfast was and there was no protein available. The hotel owner operator eoom window had a miniblind with burn marks on it as if they caught it on fire. Looked tacky. Will not book this location again.

I booked a room at the Castle Rock, CO location and the confirmation had me at the Ardmore, Oklahoma location. Called and explained and the desk manager kept saying to cancel on my end, which I couldn’t do. I hate being this person but he spoke broken English and had a hard time communicating with me.

While traveling we started trying to contact the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. After 1hr 30 mins of being able to make no contact we decided to call Expedia and see what they could do. They also tried several times with no answer. Expedia told me they would send a email to the hotel to let them know about late check in. After arriving to the hotel at 3am we were placed on the second floor (no elevator) not a issue for us but it was for my mother. Getting into the hotel room we walked through the door and 3 small roaches ran across the bathroom floor. The room was about 100 degree so we instantly turned on the a/c. My mom and wife were instantly ready to leave after seeing the roaches but i convinced them i would search the room really good (I had just got done driving several hours and had no interested in trying to find another hotel last minute) I was tasked with going to the restroom and killing the roaches. Was able to kill one the other two ran back into the light fixture. The shower was disgusting. It had hair on the sides of the tub and either shampoo or conditioner on the walls ( very obvious you wouldn’t miss it) the rags were brown and the room smelled awful. The hallways smelled like you were at a animal shelter. The smell of marijuana was strong walking down the dirty hallways. The morning of check out we went downstairs and waited in the lobby for someone to show up to check us out. While sitting there, there were also small roaches running.

The building inside was ok, but once wr got i to out room, cockroaches apperead in a bunch, plus the lock equipped did not work we had all of them missing besides the card lock, the shower was ok more hot water than cold and when they came to clean the room they only did one bed and not both, plus the sheets were very dirty. Over all will not be staying here again

The room we were in had many issues. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were coming out of the wall. Toilet seat not secure. Mold along the floor and around the tub. We had been here before and were impressed with the property. Very disappointed this time.

Don’t book at this hotel, even to save money. It was dirty as hell. I had to go down to the lobby 3 different times for new sheets and pillow cases because the “clean” ones in the room were so filthy.
