Booked for 3 days, each of 2 mornings water would not get hot for shower. Left a day early because of being frustrated, asked front desk for refund or cancel for last day, stated she would let manager know. I was told the manager would contact me, still nothing.

While the area around it is completely dead the hotel itself was great. The roads to get there is goofy but it's Texas and they have the freedom to oppress the locals with bad road design and evil cops all they want.

It’s not super new and fancy but in my experience, it was nice and clean. Most places that are pet friendly stink, I didn’t notice it at the LaQuinta in Gainesville Tx. Not a lot of food options near by but the Crackerbarrel wasn’t bad

Clerk was nice. Pulled up, you could tell front door had been broken for some time. The room door did not seal well, we were across from pool & ice machine so plenty loud. The metal framing around the bed made quite a bit of noise every time I moved, like pushing in on a washing machine panel, tv was not mounted on the wall stand provided so no viewing from bed. We didn’t dare try breakfast there and only too happy to leave. Over priced and pretty run down

They did not have access to hot water when we checked into the property we were not notified about this After we went to the room and figured that out went back downstairs to talk to the concierge where they explained that there’s nothing they can do about this and they’ve been having issues with it all day… they watched me and my family of two kids check in without saying a word about the hot water and pretty much waved their fingers afterwards saying it’s an issue that they have. I’ll talk with the concierge the next morning where they have a Flawless story that whereas they thought they had it fixed in the middle of the night it is now not working again first thing in the morning… considering it was $179 per room I find that beyond ridiculous

We were given a handicapped room on the 3rd floor facing I-35. Trucks running all night long. The bed was terrible, it was very clean. Couldn't communicate with the housekeeping because of not being able to understand english. I'll ask for a room facing the back.

I reserved 2rooms that would sleep five and joined, however that’s not what we got! We had 6 adult women, who thought they would have there own bed,I suggest you reserve through your selected property and not one of those sites ( hotels, Expedia ) because the property won’t take responsibility for the errors they make

Very disappointed. Stayed 2 nights. Second day unable to shower. NO HOT Water available and front desk could not tell me when it would be available. Had to check out without showering with outdoor temp of 10 degrees. NO preparation or organization noted.

There is a movie theatre right next to the hotel! We arrived too late to take advantage of this - but we did look at options just in case we could take advantage of this bonus! The staff was great upon check-in - We were grateful for the breakfast in the morning... Thank you!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was missing furniture. There was a huge empty space in the room that could have accommodated a chair of some sort. Only a torn desk chair to sit on. Furniture very outdated. Room felt dirty and muggy. I expected much more comfort and nicer amenities for the over $400 I paid for just one night. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody and I will not be staying there ever again.
