The house was extremely accessible although the driveway is quite steep (not an issue during the warmer months, can’t speak to winter). The house was just as described and fully stocked. Everything was clean and neat. We did not utilize the upstairs as it was only my wife and I, but larger families would have plenty of room to spread out. The house is located less than 20 minutes from everything and I-26/ I-40 are just around the corner. Everything we wanted to do was 20-30 mins away which wasn’t bad at all. The cabin was a little dusty, and the kitchen sink had sludge which causes fruit flies. Other than that it was over all pretty clean.There could be a chance it’s been awhile since the cabin has been rented out so I did try to be understanding when it came to that. It was clean, well stocked with necessities, and just far enough but close enough to all activities. To be honest, our biggest anxiety about bringing our dog to dog friendly cabins is the possibility of smell or uncleanliness. This is not the case. We have a shihtzu we take on vacations. Choosing places to stay cause anxiety bc dogs sometimes bring unwanted smell. This is 100% not the case.
