Your 4-room apartment, measuring 95 square meters, is located on the second floor and was fully renovated in 2025. It features a comfortable and cozy living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens up to a terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC. Another bedroom has two beds (80 cm x 200 cm). Additionally, there is a small room without a wardrobe that contains a pull-out bed suitable for two persons (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra charge). It also comes with a raclette grill and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower and WC, and a separate WC. You can enjoy the south-facing balcony with terrace furniture and an electric barbecue, offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. Complimentary WiFi is provided, and there is a garage space (No. 8) that can accommodate one car. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
