In the meantime Arco has developed into a Mecca for climbers and mountain bikers, the nearby Lake Garda further enhances the holiday pleasure. In the centre of Arco is the 65 m2 large, very stylishly renovated holiday apartment "Villa Principessa Duplex" on the 4th floor of a historic 19th century palazzo - with lift! The luxurious maisonette apartment consists of a living room with dining area, a well equipped kitchenette with gas stove, oven and fridge-freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet and can accommodate 5 people. The sloping roofs with white glazed exposed beams give this holiday apartment that certain something and you feel transported back to the historical era of the construction of this city palace. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, baby bed and high chair. Outside there is a nice balcony with a beautiful view - ideal to end the day with a glass of red wine after enjoying the Italian cuisine in one of the numerous restaurants. You are in the centre of Arco, the next supermarkets are in the direct neighbourhood, countless restaurants and shopping facilities are waiting for you in the narrow alleys of the old town within a radius of 400 - 500 m. The beaches on the north shore of Lake Garda in Riva and Torbole are also only 6 km and 10 minutes away by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Balkon würde ich eher als Austritt bezeichnen, Machte durch defekten Belag maroden Eindruck. Auch das Mobiliar und Fußboden im Bad wiesen Defekte auf.
