The room was great. Lovely ambience. Breakfast was great. The living room TV however was a disappointment cos it was not smart. That definitely needs improvement. However, overall it was a good experience.

The room was very clean, and we were happy with it, till we returned about 11pm after our evening out in Manchester and the people next door (or above, not sure) were very noisy into the early hours. I coukdn't be bothered to get up and go find someone to complain but it was noise loud enough to disturn sleep. We left early the nxt morning. I suggest better sound proofing, or if hens/groups of females book rooms put them well away from everyone else!
