We figured out later that I was trying to use the wrong keypad. Fairly easy walk to Old Sacramento, DOCO, other shopping, restaurants, train station, etc. We took the train into and out of town and chose to Uber the short distance so as not to walk with suitcases. But it wasn't a long walk and could have been done without Ubering, especially in the light of day. Without suitcases, we just walked around. The rental itself was comfortable and pleasant.
