We stayed at multiple hotels during our trip, and the bed at Ibis Styles was the most comfortable, just the right firmness and plenty of pillows. Shower amenities are provided but just ok, would recommend to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was huge with a fantastic bed, lovely pillows and a great bathroom, it was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was not very well soundproofed and we could hear the neighbours baby crying like it was in our room. The advertising of the Spa by Expedia is misleading as it is not part of the hotel package, and is chargeable to use. The outdoor pool, that is part of the hotel, was also not available for us to use as it doesn't open until 1st April. This wasn't clear on booking. Overall we had a great few days but were disappointed that the Metropolitan Spa was badly advertised as part of the hotels facilities by Expedia."
