We found the staff's congenial approach to hosting to be infectious. We were wowed by their attention to detail and culinary artistry. We felt completely at home. The rooms were fantastic!

beautiful property and well maintained. staff super friendly and welcoming, withing walking distance to the beach. very peaceful stay, perfect for a getaway from the city. I hope we can come back soon.

We were greeted by a lovely man named Sined( not sure how to spell) He was so kind and invited us into this incredibly beautiful place that was like another world👍 our room was beautifully decorated and we slept like babies in the amazing king sized bed! The breakfast were so special with generous portions and lots of quality options to choose from. I felt completely spoiled and would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place, feels like home. Very easy access to beach, great breakfast as well. Not many dinner options around, so you will have to drive. I wish they offered dinner

Nice comfortable place to stay
The facility is very accommodating and comfortable, our only issue is you hear a fair amount of road noise when the windows are open and you need the windows open in the summer.

This inn is truly a retreat. East to get local sights, but just enough away from the hustle and bustle to be truly enjoyable. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Delightful and accommodating staff. Fabulous breakfast with a variety of options! A multiple sitting areas inside and out where you can enjoy a glass of wine, play games or just talk. Nathalie, the innkeeper, was very welcoming. Highly recommend this inn!

Customer service severely lacking
I really wanted to give this hotel a top rating by there were a couple things that were a bit unfortunate. The shade by our bed was broken and we weren’t able to close it completely, so we had the morning light right in our faces when we were trying to sleep. It didn’t allow for the most restful night. Also, when the front desk attendant called me the evening we were checking in to confirm our arrival, I asked over the phone for a 12:00 p.m. versus 11:00 a.m. checkout. He said that would be acceptable but must not have written it down. The next morning we were confronted by the manager at our hotel room door about why we weren’t out of the room, and the front desk agent who called me the night before acted like he never agreed to our arrangement. For what we paid for our room, it was not a very welcoming experience. We were made to feel like squatters. Beautiful place, but I doubt we’ll be back.

Unfortunately, a late check out was not available on the day you were checking out. Our staff had a misunderstanding regarding your late checkout request. We thank you for pointing out the issue with the blind. Your concern has been addressed and the blind is now working.

We had a great time, the Inn looked as pictured, rooms were clean and nicely decorated, breakfast was awesome and staff was very helpful and friendly. Ocean and beaches are walking distance. The Inn is a bit hard to find as there is another Inn across the street which makes it a bit confusing. Luckily the owners send an email with specific directions a day before

Very quiet and peaceful. The service was outstanding and the beaches nearby are fantastic. It’s a little out of the way, so if you are looking for bars and restaurants, be prepared to drive a little. If you are after a quiet, romantic weekend this would be a perfect spot. Breakfast is included - one of the best we have had at a hotel.

The Arch Cape Inn was a very lovely and charming B&B. Staff was excellent. The check in time was FIRMLY set between 4-6pm. The "happy hour" between 4-5pm was pretty much 1 glass of wine and some nibbles, which was fine. Our main reason for not giving it a 5/5 is that it didn't appear that we got the room we thought we were getting when compared to the pictures on Expedia, but the room itself was fine and comfortable. We will probably come back but next time will ENSURE we get the room we paid for...

This hotel/castle is absolutely breathtaking and the staff is so friendly. We enjoyed our stay in the “Heather” room. It was immaculately clean and beautiful! We can’t wait to come back. If you are even considering this hotel, book it! You won’t regret it.

Unique, beautiful property with good ocean views on the top floor. Staff very friendly, plated complimentary breakfast better than most. Complimentary wine and cheese hour a plus as well. No microwave, coffee maker/kettle, ironing board etc. in the room, but there is a mini fridge. Keep that in mind when preparing your stay. Overall a great place to spend a long weekend!

We stayed here in 2016 and loved it, so we decided to stay again as we planned to elope at Hugs point. We rented the king suite, which to my surprise has a (rickety) QUEEN sized bed. The reason we picked the Inn was because the grounds were beautiful and cared for back in 2016. This year the grounds are all torn up with tools, bags of soil, etc laying around. It was totally disappointing. The place has gone down hill for sure. And sadly on top of all that we were charged an excessive cleaning fee even though the room was spotless when we left. I would not recommend staying here as there as so many beautiful places in the area.

Location good. Lovely building. Room okay. Breakfasts were fine. However, they only cleaned and serviced the room 1 day out of 5 and no one on site to speak to, except a phone in lobby to use for emergencies. I won’t return.
