Let yourself be seduced by this charming, bright, attic one-bedroom apartment of approximately 58m², located on the second floor of a quiet residence with no elevator, perfect for a stay as a couple, family, or friends.  
You benefit from secure private underground parking, a real plus in the summer season.  
The living room welcomes you with its comfortable seating area (TV, sofa bed for 2 people, and Wi-Fi). There are no shutters on the skylight, a cozy dining area, and direct access to a large west-facing balcony, bathed in light at the end of the day.  
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a stovetop, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and filter coffee maker also opens onto the balcony.  
The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and its en-suite shower room.  
You will also find a second shower room and a separate toilet for added comfort. An ideal location for a vacation, just a 20-minute walk from the train station, close to all the shops, restaurants, and beaches of Arcachon—everything you need for a relaxing holiday!  
Fancy a picnic by the sea? An impromptu swim? Or a shopping trip to the town's lovely boutiques? Everything is possible from your rental.  
A sunny vacation awaits!
