Cet appartement se compose d'une entrée, d'une agréable pièce de vie équipée d'un canapé-lit Rapido de 140 cm, à la fois pratique et confortable. Vous y trouverez également une télévision, une table à manger avec ses chaises, ainsi qu'une cuisine ouverte aménagée et entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur/congélateur, 3 plaques à induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière SENSEO, bouilloire, grille-pain, etc.). La chambre dispose d'un lit escamotable de 140 cm (literie neuve et de qualité), ainsi que de nombreux rangements et un coin bureau. Elle donne accès à une salle d'eau avec une douche à l'italienne, une vasque et un lave-linge. Les WC sont séparés.
