For easy parking, you have access to a private underground garage. Its living room features a TV and Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed that sleeps two, opening onto a first terrace for outdoor dining. A small, separate kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine opens onto a second balcony, overlooking the bay. A bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and a closet also opens onto the balcony. A bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Ideally located, all shops, restaurants, and beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for shopping enthusiasts or organizing picnics and swimming afternoons on our beautiful days.
