Bien équipé, très propre, clair, et agréable pour nous deux. En bord de golfe et près de la jetée Thiers. Parking privé (un atout à Arcachon) , local vélos et grand balcon pour profiter des fins d après midi pendant cette période restrictive. Situation centrale, avec les Halles à proximité... nombreux commerces de plats préparés. Das App. war nur grob und oberflächlich sauber. Staub und Sand im Bett. Matratze war nicht zu benutzen. Haare und Schmutz von Vorgängern. Bettzeug wie Kopfkissen und Decke waren nicht gereinigt und rochen... Haben uns nur mit Lacken zugedeckt. Hatten eigene Kopfkissen gekauft.Wir haben nicht im Bett geschlafen, sondern auf dem Klappsofa.War aber völlig ok. Besteckkasten noch schmutzig mit Krümeln. Sonst super Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht.
