### T1 cabin in central Arcachon with parking

Ideally located in the heart of Arcachon's city center, this approximately 30 m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove is situated on the raised ground floor of a prestigious residence overlooking the bay.  
  
For convenient parking, you have access to a private and secure parking area.  
  
While there is no balcony, you still enjoy a direct view of the Arcachon Bay.  
  
The entrance features ample storage, a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
  
The living area is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a small dining area offering the magnificent view.  
The open-plan kitchen includes a cooktop, a small refrigerator, a multi-function microwave, and a Tassimo coffee machine.  
  
The sleeping alcove, with a double bed (140 cm) for two people, provides a relaxing space after a busy day and offers ample storage. A second double bed (140 cm) is accessible on a mezzanine (under the sloping ceiling) – watch your head! All shops and restaurants are nearby, so for shopping enthusiasts, you're right in the heart of town. The main beach is just steps away, perfect for picnics or afternoon swims on sunny days. A sunny holiday awaits!  
  
EXTRA SERVICES - Bed linen: €25 for a double bed for one week, Bath kit: €18 for one person for one week. High chair/baby cot: €10/week. Wi-Fi hotspot: €39/week.
