Arcachon town center, close to shops, beach, and train station, beautiful 48m² one-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor with elevator in a recent building.  
  
Comprising a living room opening onto a north-facing balcony:  
\- Living room: sofa, armchair, TV stand (no Wi-Fi)  
\- Fully equipped kitchen (oven but no microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, refrigerator with freezer) with a dining area (table/4 chairs)  
  
\- Bedroom (160x200cm electric bed/storage)  
\- Bathroom (shower) with WC  
\- Pantry (washing machine).  
  
Balcony (table, chairs, and bench). Meals can be enjoyed on the balcony.  
  
Private and secure parking with elevator. FOR PASSENGER VEHICLES ONLY (no commercial vehicles).  
MAXIMUM CAR LENGTH 4.50M  
  
Ideally located apartment offering all the comforts you need for a wonderful vacation for two on the bay.

Vacances agréables très bon accueil de l’agence .proches de toutes les commodités et de la plage tout à pied . Seul point négatif l’appartement t malgré son confort et son bon goût se situe plein nord sans soleil avec un petit balcon avec vue sur un parking peu attirant .
