A large garden surrounds the house, alternating green spaces with paved areas where it is possible to park 2 cars and motorbikes and where there is a barbecue area. The house is finely renovated and furnished, and is only 300 m from the sandy cove in front and, about 600 m, from the golden dunes and the beautiful beach of Torre dei Corsari where it is possible to eat a few meals thanks to the two kiosks on the beach. The house can accommodate 6 people, preferably 4 adults and 2 children N.B. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlagen, Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und Haustür, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, alles da!! Sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand... Und ein supernetter Gianfranco, der sich um alles kümmert. Der Hausstrand (ca. 400 Meter) ist ein Schnorchelparadies, Badeschuhe wären empfehlenswert und der große Strand auf der anderen Seite mit der riesengroßen Sanddühne ist auch sehr toll. Dort gibt es auch Restaurants und viel, viel Platz. Ein sehr leckeres (und nicht zu teures) Restaurant und ein kleiner, aber feiner Supermarkt in der Nähe ergänzen einen perfekten Urlaub. Ein Mietauto ist natürlich notwendig, da die größeren Geschäfte und Städte sonst nicht zu erreichen sind, aber das gilt wahrscheinlich für ganz Sardinien. ##### Dorothea D. Juste une précision est à faire car il existe 2 maisons collées l'une à l'autre et les terrasses sont différentes. La vue reste identique. The house and terrace provide privacy, there is minimal traffic on the driveway. We really enjoyed our stay, the host was kind and helpful. The small market was closed in May, for larger purchases it is advisable to go to Terralba for example (about 30 min). The dunes are amazing, we would also recommend taking the car and driving the beaches further south. It is quite possible that you will be there all alone. Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos im Inserat, ist mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Dank Insektengittern an allen Fenstern und Türen gibt es auch kaum Probleme mit Mücken im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem ausgesprochen netten Eigentümer/Verwalter Gianfranco lief problemlos per WhatsApp und Übersetzung-App. Es gab eine ausführliche Führung durchs Haus, eine Flasche Wasser, Bier und Wein standen schon im Kühlschrank bereit! Auch später wurden alle unsere Fragen in wenigen Minuten per WhatsApp beantwortet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine draußen hinter dem Haus, Wäscheleinen, eine zusätzliche Außendusche und einen gemauerten Grill. In der Vorsaison Ende Mai war der Ort allerdings nahezu unbewohnt. Es hatten nur 1 Pizzeria und 1 kleiner Supermarkt geöffnet, ansonsten war alles geschlossen. Ein Auto ist daher ein absolutes Muss. Mehrere Supermärkte gibt es z.B. in Terralba (30 Minuten Fahrtzeit). Es gibt 1 kleinen Steinstrand (Badeschuhe!) in der Nähe und 1 top Sandstrand (zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten). Außerdem jede Menge phantastische Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Im Haus gibt es kein WLAN! Allerdings überall einen hervorragenden Internet-Empfang per Handy. Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Sonnenschirm, den man zum Strand mitnehmen könnte. Am Sandstrand kann man Liegen u. Schirm gegen Gebühr mieten - oder man kauft einen Schirm im Supermarkt für ca. 25 €. Insgesamt können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben 2 super entspannte Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. ##### Thorsten R. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und bot sehr viel Platz. Das Essen im Freien auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick haben wir morgens und abends sehr genossen. Der sehr schöne große Strand von Torre dei Corsari war nur wenige Minuten entfernt und einfach herrlich. Er war nicht überlaufen und es gab eine kleine gemütliche Strandbar mit freundlicher Bedienung. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren auch im Ort. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert (what's App und Google Übersetzer). Tagesausflüge zu anderen Stränden durch die tollen Berge sind auch zu empfehlen. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, bardzo wygodne łóżka i klimatyzacja czyniły ten pobyt bardzo wygodnym. Hitem była łazienka na zewnątrz. Wszyscy kąpaliśmy się właśnie tam. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy bardzo dobre wino i likier z mirtu- bardzo dziękujemy. Do plaży pobliskiej 10 min na nogach, ale wleliśmy plażę piaszczystą, gdzie jechaliśmy samochodem 5 min, z uwagi na wiejący tam przyjemny wiatr. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung und der Garten ist von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar, so dass die Außendusche problemlos genutzt werden konnte - auch ein Grill im Außenbereich ist vorhanden. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen und nach der Besichtigung des Hauses sind wir noch einen Kaffee trinken gegangen. Er hat uns mit seinem Auto auch die nähere Umgebung gezeigt. Auch wenn wir kein italienisch sprechen - das war überhaupt kein Problem. Ein richtig herzlicher Empfang und ein super toller Einstieg in den Urlaub. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Terrasse ist komplett überdacht, was im August sehr hilfreich war. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, super sauber und mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet abgesehen von einem Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Als wir da waren, gab es wenig Mücken, aber alle Fenster sind mit Insektennetzen ausgestattet. Sehr gut auch die Klimaanlagen in der Wohnküche und den beiden Schlafräumen, die sich auch in eine leise Betriebsart schalten lassen. Nur das Zimmer mit den Stockbetten hat keine Klimaanlage, aber dieses haben wir nicht benutzt. Eine Belegung mit max. 4 Personen ist sicherlich optimal. Hinter dem Haus liegt blickgeschützt die Aussendusche, die wir lieber benutzt haben als die doch recht kleine Dusche im Bad. Wir wurden von Gianfranco betreut, der per Whatsapp sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit war. Er hat eine Übersetzerapp genutzt, was überraschend gut funktioniert hat. Situé au calme et face à la mer nous ne pouvions espérer mieux. La maison est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires charmants,des petites attentions et toujours disponibles. Die Unterkunft ist echt sehr schön und in der Wohnung ist alles was man für den Aufenthalt so braucht. Auch die Möglichkeit zu grillen wurde von uns gut genutzt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Outdoor Dusche. Zum Ort muss man sagen es ist ein reines Feriendorf. Wir waren etwas überrascht davon. Hatten mit einer kleinen urigen Stadt gerechnet. Dafür würden wir mit einem gigantisch schönen Strand entschädigt. Der uns jedem Abend einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang präsentierte. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche. ##### Frank L. Wir waren im “Loi Haus“ mit zwei unsere Töchtern vom 16.09\. bis 3.10\. Das Wetter war perfekt. Wir könnten Baden, Spazieren und die Gegend genießen. Das Haus ist gut geteilt, hat drei Schlafzimmer, eine Wohn- und Esszimmer, die mit der Küche verbunden sind. Küche verfügt über alle mögliche Utensilien, uns fehlte an nichts. Auf der Terrasse kann man gut essen und die schöne Ausblick genießen. Kinder haben dort oft gespielt. Weitere Pluspunkte: zwei Strände in der Nähe, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restourants, freundliche und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Ort und Haus eignet sich sowohl für ein Familie-Urlaub, als auch für Single- oder Freunde-Urlaub. Absolut Empfehlenswert! ##### Olga D. Die Wohnung ist schön, alles an Ausstattung da, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Blick von der Terasse ist herrlich. Viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Jun 9, 2018 #### Sehr entspannter Urlaub Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dass Wohnumfeld im Mai angenehm ruhig, bei Fragen konnte der Vermieter jederzeit erreicht werden. Da sich das Feriendorf etwas ausserhalb befindet, ist ein Mietwagen hilfreich, um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder einzukaufen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt! ##### Christiane L.
