Our house is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable home for a relaxing holiday near the sea and immersed in unspoilt nature.

Welcoming and elegantly furnished, this home offers a comfortable bed with a view of the dunes, perfect for a romantic awakening.
Kitchen: Easily prepare your favourite dishes thanks to a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven and coffee machine (capsules and tea included).
Bathroom: Designed for maximum comfort, the bathroom is divided into two areas: one room with a shower and another with a sink and toilet. Available are a courtesy set, washing machine with capsules, towels, and a hairdryer.
Balcony: Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with breathtaking views, perfect for a morning coffee or an aperitif at sunset.
Courtyard: A corner of tranquillity nestled among colourful flowers and lush plants, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
Attention: access to the apartment is only via stairs.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification.
