« My family stayed here during graduation week, and it was perfect. We parked the car in the private space and walked everywhere throughout town. The open concept main floor was ideal for our meals and evening cocktails, and the three bedrooms and three bathrooms meant that everyone had their own space. The owner was easy to contact, and very responsive to the one inquiry we had during our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t discover this home before our daughter graduated! »

« Perfect for a family gathering of 20 people. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to/from the train station and grocery store (we did it a couple times), but I’d recommend a cab or a rental car to get around. The best part of the trip was the excitement of returning to the house after a long day of adventures, and hearing the constant laughter of the children running up and down the halls while playing hide and seek in their very own castle. « My wife and I were the parents of the groom for a large St Andrews Wedding. About 70 Yanks made the trip including family and friends. Mostly we loved the cottage because it was very comfortable, full of character, quiet, with a great location. But also it was easy to accommodate wedding guests stopping by to say hi and share a glass of wine or whisky. The kitchen is terrific. I thought the pretty small fridge might be too small - but it was fine. There is a clothes line, so when it stopped...
