"Beautiful house with everything well thought out. Shirley was lovely. She made us feel at home right from the start of our stay. Really nice touch's like the milk and bread on arrival. The property was immaculate through out. Would highly recommend it."
"We really enjoyed our break in Arbroath. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and provided all of the facilities we could have asked for with a few very kind and thoughtful extras added. The location was ideal for us to explore the area with great walks and very convenient parking. We would recommend this accommodation as a base and a home from home."

"Fantastic cottage, we had a wonderful time staying here, great location right next to the beautiful beach, would definitely recommend staying here, cottage manager and staff were very nice"
"Fantastic location with l with many shops and cafes within waking distance. Gorgeous view of the sea and scenic walk on the sea floor and around the bay when the tide is out. Friendly neighbourhood. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated but kitchen is very tiny if your planning to do much cooking. Fridge space is limited and no freezer storage space. Great bathroom facilities. Caution for elderly and small children, upstairs 2 bedrooms have a very steep set of stairs."
"Full breakfast included. We stayed a second night because we were so blown away by the beautiful place and the area. The beach is peaceful and a nice easy walk to the remnants ofthe red castle. Elaine is a sweetie and Aiden too and the kitchen staff were also and gave us ideas local places to see. "
"Could easily charge much more for the 2 days that we stayed here. Needs a wee bit of money spent on it though Front door had a large weed to the right of the door and key box needs replaced or repainted. Some windows had blinds and shutters were badly fitted with no handles. Living room/kitchen needed a few pictures and a fancy splash back at cooker.Bathroom needs toilet pan secured to the floor better and a mirror. Bedrooms need clothes hangers
A small breakfast pack and maybe a bowl of fruit...

"I think we got a great deal because there was renovations going on but that didn't disrupt us in any way. We had a gorgeous room overlooking the golf course with a beautiful sunny aspect and french window with a balcony rail. We also used the spa and had a FABULOUS massage which was so indulgent. We made great use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were wonderful too.
The only minor irritation was the phone in our room didn't work but we just phonedreception from our mobile and the wedding guests were quite exuberantly noisy returning to their rooms opposite in the small hours after the function, but that can happen anywhere. Overall we feel really lucky to have had such an affordable lovely stay in an iconic olace"

"Very nice resort-style hotel away from St. Andrews a bit. Easy access by taxi (not an Uber town). We had a car, but taxi made town and restaurant access easier. Hotel has lovely bar and dining facilities, but St. Andrews is easy to get to as well. We had a woodland suite, which are modern/new rooms a short walk from the main inn. "

"This is one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had at a hotel. Beautiful common areas, incredibly comfortable accommodations and a staff that has been superbly trained in the art of SERVICE. "
"Good location lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Friendly welcome at reception. Quick check in. Upgraded lovely spacious room. Breakfast buffet not great choices. Small very old lift which worked fine."
