« Malgré une gentillesse remarquable de son personnel, cet hotel n'est pas recommandable pour deux raisons majeures: absence totale d'isolation phonique, d'une part, et, d'autre part, salle de douche inacceptable (1 metre carré sans receveur de douche). Si vous prenez une douche, l'ensemble des élèments présents est trempé: vos vétements, mais aussi votre trousse de toilette, vos serviettes...inutile de dire qu'après vous, personne ne peut rentrer dans ce réduit à part la femme de menage. Bref,...

« Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located...

« The hotel was very clean. Rooms are recently renovated and furnished. Friendly staff. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat hidden in the local yard behind the barrier. Can be intimidating but otherwise very good place to stay in the center of Yerevan. »
