With a surface area of 75 m² (including 17 m² with ceiling height under 1.80 m), the apartment is on the third floor with lift access, followed by an internal staircase of 15 steps leading to the entrance. It benefits from two balconies facing east and west with mountain views. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a cabin with bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The sanitary facilities comprise a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC, and a shower room with WC adjoining the main bedroom.
