Size and Aspect The apartment measures 29.8 m² and features a south-facing balcony with direct views of the slopes. It is situated in building B, on the garden level (basement level), without a lift. Sleeping Arrangements The living room includes a double sofa bed. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old). Bathroom Facilities Shower room and separate WC. Fully Equipped Kitchenette Oven, microwave, two electric hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine. Entertainment Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection. Additional Amenities Washer-dryer, ski locker. A covered parking space is included, located 100 metres from the residence and accessible via an outdoor sloping path. Access to the parking is via a car lift (length 5.25 m, width 2.40 m, height 2 m). Heating and hot water are individual electric systems.
