Local incrível, aconchegante, ótima localização, excelente área de lazer, café da manhã maravilhoso. Precisa melhora qualidade dos colchões muito moles, fiquei com a coluna doendo, só isso como ponto negativo, mais amei a pousada recomendo e voltarei novamente nas próximas viagens.

Bom custo benefício, mas poderia ser melhor.

O ponto forte do hotel é o café da manhã, gostei bastante do horário e das opções. A área da piscina eu não cheguei a usar, mas parecia ser muito boa tbm. O que decepcionou bastante foi a cama e os travesseiros, que não eram muito confortáveis.

A estádia foi decepcionante, essa foi a terceira estadia aqui e simplesmente só me trouxe dor de cabeça literalmente. Uma viagem a passeio para relaxar, descansar, se transformou em decepção. Ar condicionado do quarto parecia uma turbina de avião, muito barulho, até às pessoas que passavam pela porta escutavam o barulho, reclamei e não fizeram nada, ou seja, dormir vários dias com o ar fazendo barulho e nada foi resolvido. Sem ferro elétrico, não pude usar roupas que trouxe por que o ferro queimou e só tinha um pro hotel todo e eles não deram providência, teve hóspedes que compraram ferro. Barulho de latidos de cachorro dentro do hotel a madrugada toda, alguém trouxe cachorro e saiu provavelmente e o cachorro ficou latindo,o hotel não fez nada. O café da manhã com o básico do básico e o básico ainda ruim. Enfim, foi um dinheiro jogado fora, foi a terceira e última vez nesse hotel.

Nunca reclamei de nenhum hotel, mas esse Hotel Parque das Aguas é terrivel, tivemos que mudar de quarto 3 vezes, o primeiro quarto reclamos porque tinham 3 camas de solteiros ao invés de 1 cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro, então trocaram por um quarto velho com ar condicionado todo destruido e barulhento, com a porta toda suja, a fechadura do banheiro quebrada saindo na mão, não tinha toalhas e nem papel higiênico no quarto, precisamos pedir pelo amor de Deus pra trazerem toalhas e papel higiênico no quarto, além disso o Box está vazando água por debaixo inundando todo o banheiro, fora o tratamento recebido na recepção com pouco caso no atendimento, não adianta ligar solicitando, precisa ir até a recepção implorar pra resolver o problema ou para entregar o que foi solicitado, no ultimo quarto o ar condicionado tambem era barulhento só que bem menos que o quarto anterior, e também vazava agua pelo box, mas decidimos continuar neste quarto apesar dos problemas

Estadia ok. Bom custo benefício. Cafe da manhã foi bom, variado. Achei a piscina um pouco suja. A localização e o atendimento foram ótimos. Informações importantes que divergem do hoteis.com e do local: 1. Minha estadia não pôde ser parcelada, não sei se pelo valor, mas é importante esclarecer isso. 2. Eles não dervem almoço, a cozinha é fechada. Novamente, não sei se foi no período ou se é regra. Mas de contexto geral, boa estadia, bom custo benefício.
