« le service demandé avant mon arrivé (airport transportation service), jamais reçu une réponse. Le règlement a été effectué avant arrivée, mais, à cause de mauvaise communication entre l'hôtel et prestataire, je ne pouvais pas partir de l'hôtel et j'étais en retour d'une réunion importante avec mes clients pour 1h... quel catastrophe !!! »

« Lorsque je suis arrivé le check-in n'était pas prêt (j'avais pourtant respecté l'horaire), je me suis donc installé au restaurant, on m'a donné la carte, personne n'est venu prendre ma commande.
