The home is perfectly secluded on a large (2 acres ??) lot. Views of the sunsets and lighthouse were very nice. The home is humble but comfortable. We did not use the kitchen outside of making coffee but seemed to have what we needed. We didn’t turn on the tv but enjoyed the fireplace. We found spots to read and relax throughout the home. The house was well equipped and comfortable; it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fireplace on some of the cool evenings! The house was very comfortable and worked very well for our multi generational group: 4 adults, 1 five year old, 1 two year old, and 1 eleven year old. It actually exceeded our expectations - the pictures do not do justice to the property and the interior spaces. We enjoyed cooking and eating most meals at "home". Lobsterville beach - a five minute drive is terrific, kid friendly and lovely. I would highly recommend staying at this property - Thank you Colin for a memorable time for our family! ##### Sumru T.
