"The pool area was down. We were disappointed that no one notified us we could’ve booked somewhere else so that’s very deceiving. It was spring break so you know the kids were looking forward to the pool for that reason I won’t book with y’all no more."

"For the price range, this is a nice hotel. The rooms are cleaner than some of the other places in the area, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Few minor inconveniences, like walls & ceilings so thin you can hear people laughing/yelling/coughing/stomping above and behind you. You can hear people in other rooms across the hall, too. However, there was plenty of parking, spacious elevators, clean bathrooms, and we saw zero bugs. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall with very nice stores very close. We were originally placed in a room on the 4th floor. Upon walking in, it smelled musty & was a bit humid, not to mention next to a room with very loud kids you could hear from the hallway. We asked for another room, and they placed us on the other side of the noisy room (so, 2 rooms away from where we just were). I immediately asked for another room again that would not be that close & finally we were given a different room on a different floor. All things considered, this for me is a 9 out of 10 stars. I’m very grateful to have had somewhere nice to stay for the price we paid. "

"Asked to have room cleaned twice. It never was. Had to get towels and dispose of dirty towels ourselves. One chair in the room with four guest. And shower was terrible. "
