Summary:  
Enjoy coming home to this cozy, comfortable and well appointed townhome. Feel uplifted thanks to modern updates, bright designer colors, and fun features throughout. This end unit is more private with a lush backyard & patio. Large smart TV, equipped with free Netflix and Hulu accounts, an open kitchen, living, & dining layout with soft luxe upholsters lend a welcoming feel to shared living spaces. Enjoy an abundant amount of shopping and downtown are just a short drive away.  
  
The Space:  
Fluffy, crisp white bedding and luxury window treatments make coming home to this private bedroom a breeze. A large spacious closet with individual iron, ironing board, and air dryer provides you with all you'll need to get ready for your day. Relax with Netflix or Hulu included for your stay on our smart TV.  
  
Guest Access:  
As a guest in our travelers' home you'll have access to all of the shared living spaces including the living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. You'll also have access to the shared bathroom. All other spaces in this home are shared exclusively with other travelers.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The Copper Creek area is situated just East of downtown. There is an abundance of shopping nearby, including Governors Square Mall, Target, Publix, and Walmart along with endless restaurant options. We are also just a short drive to the incredible Tom Brown Park.  
Our direct neighborhood of Rockbrook is full of loving and caring neighbors who make sure to uphold a well appointed gathering of homes. We love that you can easily chat with anyone in the neighborhood. There is also a wealth of children and high school kids who safely walk to and from the nearby school.  
  
Getting Around:  
Parking onsite is free but very limited in our two car driveway and overflow parking on the neighborhood street.   
Public transit stops are also nearby, but car share options like Uber and Lyft are very common in our area.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This home is shared exclusively with other Airbnb travelers and this Private bedroom shares a bathroom with an adjacent bedroom which just means you'll share the bathroom with a maximum of two other travelers.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
As your hosts' we are here for you. This home is shared exclusively with other travelers, but we are in town so if there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask. We want to make sure you are comfortable in our home.
