The place is nice, staff are friendly, has a nice roof with gym and pool. The buffet was excellent. The only issue we had was some stains on bed sheet, but it was my bad that I was too lazy and tired to ask them to change, I informed them at checkout and they apologized sincerely for that.

Nice hotel.
The location of the hotel is good and there are some good restaurants near by. We even walked towards the beach, castle and museum (though castle and museum are being renovated these days) from the hotel and on our way back took the taxi which costs 2 JD. It's a clean hotel and the service is decent. Most of the time we saw men sitting in the lobby smoking but if you aren't using the lobby often, it's not a hassle really. We had our room on the 3rd floor and it was in a good condition. There is a swimming pool on the top floor and it was very nice and water was clean and being filtrated well. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Excellent Breakfast
Breakfast was awesome. Omelette excellent. Pool area had a great view of Red Sea. Glass Bottom Boat Ride was very good booked through hotel.

Nice hotel, close to everything, good staff.
It is my 8th time in this hotel in Aqaba, I know this hotel very well and I love it and stayed in each time I visited Aqaba. Never the less it is 3 stars hotel but the stay looks like in 5 stars.

Nice, value for money hotel.
I reached the hotel at midnight but did not have any problem with the check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. Simple hotel that does its job. As I travelled alone that was ok with me.

Weekend break from Saudi. Go to Liquor store across road for some Beers, then up to the Pool Bar on the roof (not licensed hence take your own Beers and use their fridge)

Very helpful staff. All very good apart from the pool which was not very clean. It was then shut (for cleaning) which was a disappointment as it was an big factor in our choice of hotel.

Friendly staff
I went up to the Pool Bar as I have been working in Saudi Arabia, and wanted to enjoy a cold Beer. Initially things were looking down because they had no cold Beer, however they guided me to the Alcohol shop across the street where I could buy Beer and drink on their premises. They allowed me to keep a few Beers in their fridge, and the Egyptian staff were very friendly.

Not bad at all for people they want to stay middle of Aqaba and discovers surround areas but there is better hotels. The electricity shut it down and no electricity backup that stayed more than 20 mins which is really annoyed. Maybe I'll go with it again if I didn't find any other places.

although the reception acted help full but he refused to cancel our reservation and asked us to pay extra as we booked for one room which was my mistake,NO free Internet,was charged 2 J.D per hour.the free Breakfast was excellent the chef was excellent.we had to pay

Nice hotel Downtown near shops and restaurants
Excellent location Downtown. Drive to intercontinental Hotel to pay to access beach. Swimming is actually 25KM away at South Beach. Downtown restaurants are inexpensive with incredibly good Jordanian food. MY HOTEL very pleasant three star experience. Only disappointment was the Bedouin camp in WADI RUM that was arranged by the Concierge.

Very good location
Very nice room, good breakfast, service absolutely good especially Hanna in the reception was very helpful in helping out with any request we had. The location is very near to the center without being to exposed to traffic noise. The price of the hotel is good value for money.

A happy and a memorable stay in a budget hotel.
We reached the Hotel after a 10 PM late flight from Amman.We were greeted at the reception and directed to our room. Wow! the room was a beautiful suite. Since our daughter was accompanying us, we were comfortably settled in two rooms and a warm living room and all this for just JD 70. The cherry on the cake was the warm and special VEGETARIAN dinner served to us. Next morning we left for our destinations Wadi Rum/Petra with very warm and happy feelings.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at
I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel- the entire place was in great condition, with great service from the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to arrange services within and outside of the hotel. The ambiance was very pleasant and enjoyable, and the hotel is in a perfect location in city center.

Great Hotel...
My Hotel is located in the city center. Walking distance to Marina bay, shops, restaurants and groceries. Our room is huge, separate receiving room w/ beautiful 3 couch and led tv. It has everything that we traveller needed. Very modern and clean. We had a very relaxing night. For the price we paid, our room is way too cheap. The Hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. We did not even know that he upgraded us on Suite without me asking and no extra cost. Thank you so much for taking care of us. We will definitely stay in your hotel again next time we are in Aqaba.

When we first arrived, they told us the room we had reserved was out of order, but they gave us a better deal in place of the room we reserved. The view was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the pool was really great and the breakfast was really good. Our biggest problem was that Ramadan started halfway through our stay and when that happens the town shuts down during the day. But, overall our stay was great. If I go back to Aqaba, I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent 3 star hotel!
This is one of the best three star hotels I have ever stayed at. Pool on the roof with good views of Aqaba. Extremely helpful staff. Excellent free breakfast. Only niggle is the wi-fi isn't free which really should be standard but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel

Overall a good option in Aqaba, value and location
Overall a good hotel. Good location 5 minutes from the sea and in a good part of town with lots of restaurants, close to most things yet quiet enough. Like several Jordanian hotels the credit card machine wasn't working so I had to pay cash (reliable ATMs all over so not an issue). Breakfast was quite good and a small but pleasant roof pool. I had an adjoining room from which i could hear some noise and the bathroom didn't smell as clean as I would have liked. Also if tea making facilities were there but no tea, coffee, milk etc and not enough towels. Aircon was fine. Overall good value and a recommended hotel for Aqaba for people who wantto be reasonably comfortable but not pay too much (Captain's would be similar).

My Hotel in April
The rooms were very clean, we stayed in the family suite which was great for our needs. It has two rooms, one a double the other had single beds. There was also a living type of area.The only slight problem was the noise from the road. Unfortunately the other family room was sited at the same postion so there was no merit in chaning rooms. The staff were friendly, helpful and curteous. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. The wifi wasnt free but the restaurant next door was, and as we were on the first floor we could just about pick it up from our room.

Reasonable Value
Although I don't care for the name, My Hotel was a reasonable value. The small lobby and room were clean and neat. The shower was rather small. Location was good, plenty of restaurants and clubs nearby, we walked to many places. The Aqabah Castle is a short drive (3km?). I would consider staying there again.

Great central location
The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very central to all the restaurants and shops etc. The rooftop pool was great too. It was really good value for money compared to a lot of the more pricey places around. We'd also recommend the Ali Baba restaurant, which is not too far away. If you want a day at a resort style beach the hotel can arrange for you to spend a day at a resort out at South Beach - they pick you up and drop you off at the end of the day etc.

Aardig gelegen hotel
Heel aardig hotel met ruime kamer voor 3 personen. Badkamer is ook vrij ruim. Ontbijtzaal op bovenste verdieping met mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt is gewoon goed. Zwembad op de bovenste verdieping van het hotel. De ligbedden en matrassen voor de ligbedden zijn zeer slecht: pinnen die uitsteken en alle matrassen zijn gescheurd, vies, stinken. In een Europees hotel zou de hele handel direkt richting vuilstort gaan. Maar verder kun je hier best een paar dagen verblijven. Parkeerplaatsen voor de deur. Op loopafstand diverse eetgelegenheden incl. de Mac. Zijn op 1 publiek strand geweest, aantal km's buiten Aqaba, maar daar lagen alleen maar geklede mensen (vrouwen in burka) en de zee kon je bijna niet in, zoveel keiene en stenen lagen daar. Zullen echter ook wel betere stranddelen zijn. Vier nachten in Aqaba geweest, maar dat vonden wij achteraf wel te lang.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden
Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut, vor allem das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer war gross, Frühstück vielseitig und gut. Abfluss hat etwas gerochen im Bad, Zustand des Bads war auch nicht mehr so gut... Aber sehr ruhig das Zimmer...

Finns mycket bättre hotell.
Si så där hotell som är utsliten och ospecificerad alltså utan stjärnor ärligt aqaba tidningen. Poolen var smutsig och sedan fick man ej bada. Maten var good samt bra uppkoppling och man kan boka massa aktiviteter hos receptionen.

Sentralt hotell med super service
Vi bodde her mesteparten av turen var i Aqaba selv om vi normalt ikke bor på 3 stjerners hotell. Til å være et hotell i det sjiktet var vi veldig fornøyde, vi sov veldig godt i sengene, aircondition virket utmerket, rommene var helt greie, (frokosten var litt kjedelig - men de steker egg og omelett for deg) og hotellet lå veldig sentralt. Noen rom hadde bedre wifi enn andre, men det er som regel bare å gi beskjed til resepsjonen så fikser de det. Servicen var utrolig bra, veldig hyggelige folk. Om du ikke har råd til å bo på 5 stjerners hotell i Aqaba, men ønsker å bruke stranden og bassenget til Intercontinental så sover du på My hotell og betaler 15 Jod for inngang til Inter - helt super deal, bare spør i resepsjonen :) Bassenget på taket av My hotell er helt ok det også, brukte det kun på avreisedagen. Ettersom vi skulle reise på natten og ikke rakk frokost spurte vi hotellet om vi kunne få noe med oss og det ordnet de, veldig hyggelig.
