Summary: Escape to paradise in this premium Seascape ground floor villa. This home is a rare single level, ocean front villa with two ground level balconies & 3 private sleeping rooms. Located on south bluff next to the pool, fire pit, putting green & park. Tastefully decorated with panoramic views of the bay. The lawn and bluff walk are accessible right out the back patio door. Newly remodeled with fresh modern décor, one of the best units at Seascape Resort in Aptos overlooking Monterey Bay! The Space: Pull up your car and step right into this rare single story oceanfront villa. When you first enter you will be happy to find a gorgeous, upgraded kitchen to include all stainless appliances (dishwasher, oven range and stove, full sized microwave and refrigerator). Fully stocked ready for you to prepare any meal that suits you. Beyond the kitchen you will find a large dining area and living room that includes a pull-out sofa bed, large tv, fireplace and a private patio with patio table and chairs. Another unique feature this villa offers is a slide out wall between the dining area and living room that will provide privacy to the living room-which can double as a third bedroom. Through the hall door you will find two bedrooms and two full baths each with custom cabinetry and exquisite tile work. There is also a second private patio for you to take in the sun or relax as you enjoy the sun setting over the ocean. Just outside the front door you have the view of the double pond that houses the most boisterous frogs! Take a walk at night and listen to what sound machines are made of! You are also close to the Seascape Park where you can enjoy your favorite outdoor activities with your fellow guests. If you appreciate fine craftsmanship and the ease of single-story living, you will love this unique Seascape Villa! Guest Access: PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system. FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. The Neighborhood: Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay. The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach. On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site). Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops. The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort. To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access. NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort. The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking. The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive. Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes. Other Things to Note: There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills). Everything was very clean and welcoming. The communication was top notch and they even accommodated an early entry for our group. The one inconvenience was the pool/hot tub located outside the front door does not belong to this particular condo. You need to drive to the far North end pool. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Amy Y. 17 sept. 2025 What I liked about the unit is that is was spacious and had a great view. The beds were also comfy. There was plenty of seating as well. There were 5 of us in this unit and 3 in another. This unit was home base and served well for meals and just gathering, still without feeling like we were crowded. Would I stay there again, yes. I now know though that I would bring proper pans and other kitchen needs and cleaning supplies. It's a lacking a little in that department. Also, I think the cleaning crew needs some work. There was some type of oil in the drawer underneath the silverware drawer where the cooking utensils were stored. One of the toilets in the bathroom had a ring in the toilet bowl and there was dark matter of some kind on the back of the toilet seat. There was a long cob web in the living room hanging on the wall and the vacuum smelled bad when ran. Also, the fact that you have to go to the other side of the resort for a pool and a hot tub is kind an inconvenience when you can see a pool and hot tub from the front door of the unit. The property book in the house is outdated because it states that both north and south pools are available for use. ##### Amy Y. The checkin process was seamless and easy. The unit is located on the side of the resort close to the park/playground and ample grass/open space, which was great for letting the kiddos play. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A non-issue, but the “blackout” currents are not super dark, so light sensitive people or toddlers may be impacted - our 2 year old was up and ready an hour earlier than usual! Beds could be a little more comfy and would recommend mattress toppers from Amazon to improve them. The villa is nice and I liked the location. Ground floor is why we booked this through Vrbo vs the resort, it’s so nice for the kids to run out and play, we were right next to the park and pool. Beautiful view. Lots of positives. . However I didn’t realize if you don’t book through the resort we can’t pay for other things. We can’t do the s’mores, bonfires, they wouldn’t decorate the room for my wife for her 40th birthday etc. Bc we booked through Vrbo. So if you plan to do resort activities, you’ll Want to book directly through the resort which we would have if we had known. I should have called the resort before booking. A few things that could use improvement. There were so many ants everywhere. We did contact management and they sent ant spray and traps. Just wasn’t awesome with babies crawling and ants on their hands. The lights in bedrooms flickered all night and AC didn’t really cool. I would stay again though because of the location. The resort was fun and easy walk to coffee, restaurants, grocery, beach etc. overall a really fun time! :) ##### nikole n. A group of 5 ladies rented this spot for a bachelorette party. 3 of us are housekeepers so we are particularly eagle-eyed about cleanliness and this passed the test! The home was awesome and I’d say even more beautiful than I expected. Only a couple downsides to the stay; there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms and along baseboards in bedrooms. Several of the girls ended up with ants in their suitcases. The beds were very hard, so if you like that then you won’t have a problem. Also the fridge makes super loud noises that actually woke up the person sleeping on the sofa bed multiple times during the night. Otherwise, it was perfect. I would gladly stay here again!! ##### Heather H. This ocean front property is a one story condo, great for mobility impaired as NO STAIRS and is newly decorated and updated with beautiful soft close kitchen, bath & wardrobe drawers and cabinet doors.
