Our local beach is 0.8 of a mile away, and there are plenty of local attractions, and fine dining is close by. The upper and lower decks are perfect for entertaining, BBQing, or watching the sunset. The back garden, with its beautiful plantings, and gazebo, are a perfect retreat for morning coffee or afternoon tea, or cocktails. \* ALL BEDDING, LINENS, AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. If you have small children, it is suggested that you bring your own barrier /gate, as there is none provided. All the great amenities in rental and then some. Great ocean view. Centrally located so you are just a couple of miles from Capitola and Santa Cruz. Sea Cliff beach is beautiful. One of our party has mobility problems, so we gave him and his wife the master suite while the two of us took the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and study. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we were able to cook meals without having to buy any extra kitchen gear, or sauces and spices, for that matter. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about 3miles from Capitola and 10 from Santa Cruz, and has a good supermarket withing a five minute drive. Also two good restaurants, Sanderlings at the Seascape Resort, and Palapas, a Mexican restaurant, across the street from the Seascape.
