Walked in and it was very clean and everything was in great condition. There are flat screen TV's and a decent stereo system. There are even some DVD's. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is an electric grill on the patio and it actually BBQ'd very well. The location is perfect, with a very short walking distance to pool. The view is GREAT!! It overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean as well. It looked as if they stripped the linens from the previous guest and gathered them in a pile, which they shoved in a closet. It was nasty. The condo had cracked outlets with pieces missing on the main floor. The place was otherwise ok. It’s close to the beach but quite a drive to Capitola and Santa Cruz. We took advantage of the pool and playground for the kids. Sunset views were amazing. We hadn't realized that the beach was a bit of a walk to reach, but you can get a ride from the resort there and back on one of their golf-cart like buggies. It is right next to the south swimming pool. The unit is at the end so it was nice. Parking was very easy. It is also a few steps from the playground if you have kids.
