Close to championship golfing, great shopping, restaurants and a few steps away from one of the best beaches on the West Coast. Top floor, so no one above you, close enough to the pool and hot tub to capture a corner view while enjoying the Ocean View both to the south and the north of beautiful Monterey Bay. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean view, spectacular sunsets the sound of the surf, and pure relaxation from either of the 2 private balconies while sipping on your favorite beverage, Cozy up next to the fireplace after a relaxing day enjoying the many amenities this Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer. This Villa includes: On the first floor: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (in case you feel like cooking) the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a corner gas burning fireplace to cozy up to, a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, new laminate flooring on the first floor, flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi access, a Blue-tooth stereo player so you can connect to Pandora or your favorite music and listen thru built in ceiling speakers. plus a new Weber BBQ. and 1/2 bath. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 Master Suite with balcony, (you can leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze) plus a large second bedroom , both with comfy new king size mattresses, carpeting on the floors of the bedrooms and stairs, each bedroom has it's own private full bath with tile floors, TVs and DVD players. We were able to take a trips down to Big Sur one day and up to San Francisco the next. Aptos was a great home base for a Pacific Coast Highway trip.
