"Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. "This is probably the fifth time I’ve stayed at this hotel right next to PPG paints Arena for an event and it’s super convenient to get there with easy parking and the rooms are pretty decent with comfortable beds. The bar in the lobby is also great would recommend it for anyone."
