This exceptionally well maintained home presents great value to the discerning holiday seeker. Within easy walking distance to the town centre and the impressive Apollo Bay Beach, where you can enjoy all Apollo Bay has to offer. You will also find within a 2-minute walk from your property a large playground, tennis courts and the local swimming pool where you can enjoy a dip, or you can take advantage of the pristine beach. Your property features an open plan kitchen, living and dining. The living room has an LCD TV, DVD, CD player and Foxtel, providing a large selection of programs for your enjoyment, plus a coonara wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioner and more. There is a 6-seater dining table, and the kitchen has all the necessities you could want on your holiday. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a bunk bed. The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower over it and a toilet, plus a separate laundry has a top loader washing machine, dryer and all your laundry needs. The rear of the property has a lovely deck area with BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella, where you can simply relax over your BBQ with a glass of bubbly and soak up those idyllic tranquil views. I hadn’t realised on the listing how close by your neighbours are though. The house is a great size for a family for a week away. We fit comfortably with the bedrooms down one end and the open kitchen/living/dining down the other. Nice set up and easy to get to. A drive down to the beach and main strip but not a problem at all. Facilities were usable although the oven and stove top are getting a bit old and clunky. The kids bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t have a roller blind to blackout the room, would suggest putting that in to help with kids daytime napping and sleeping. There was a very big huntsman spider that surprised me in the bathroom. Thankfully hubby is more calm and was able to catch it and release it outside. Hopefully this doesn’t deter anyone, would stay here again! There was a toy box that the kids loved and the view out the paddock with cows was peaceful. ##### Gina W. Coonarra provided great heating for living area but the heat didn't quite reach the bedrooms. Obviously this wouldn't be a problem in summer. Shower in the main bedroom ensuite was not usable and there was a smell of mildew in the main bedroom which needs to be addressed. Otherwise a pleasant stay. ##### Elizabeth E. Had all we needed for a few days away. The house was clean and well equipped with very comfortable furniture and bedding. Would happily re book. Place looked neglected. Information booklet had no information except a warning about re-tuning the TV. No instructions on how to access Foxtel and no list of available channels. No hint that you had to use wall switches to get power to the stove and hotplates and no hint that these were hidden behind the microwave.
