Villa with a private pool in Crete, just 8 km from Kalyves beach. Construction of this modern villa was completed in January 2023\. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a bright living area with outdoor access. Outside there is a private pool furnished for enjoying Crete’s sunny days.   
At guests’ disposal: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeps 4; panoramic views; private pool; air conditioning; Wifi internet; parking.  
  
Distances: Kalyves (beach) 8 km, Georgioupolis 15 km, Chania 25 km, airport 30 km.
