This gorgeous 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom property, less than a mile from downtown Apex, NC, is ideal for family reunions, weddings, and other special events. This magnificent residence has an own gated entry and a beautifully planted backyard. Whether you're planning a party or looking for a peaceful vacation, the Retreat Estate provides a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The space Welcome to "The Retreat Estate". The house features five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king-sized bed, and an additional bedroom furnished with four twin beds. It includes four separate and fully equipped bathrooms, ensuring convenience for residents and guests alike. The first floor boasts a formal living room, while the second floor offers a generous loft area. For dining, the home includes two 8-seater dining rooms, perfect for hosting gatherings. Additionally, a screen porch is attached to the casual dining area, providing a cozy space for enjoying meals or relaxing. The private and serene backyard is designed for outdoor enjoyment, featuring a gas fire pit with seating and a charming gazebo. The property is surrounded by 19 acres of wooded acreage, offering a peaceful and scenic environment.
