The flat consists of half a farmhouse with independent entrance, large garden and private square in front with sun umbrella, table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside. Spread over two floors, living area and sleeping/relaxation area, it is completely surrounded by greenery and immersed in the nature of the green and silent Candigliano valley, one of the most beautiful and wild valleys of the Pesaro hinterland, with its mild and temperate climate, from which you can enjoy a unique and enchanting panorama of the Umbria-Marches Apennines.  
A swimming pool wonderfully set in the landscape where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. On the border with Umbria and Tuscany, 6 km from the village of Piobbico where you can find all the services and a few km from the surrounding villages rich in history with castles and museums, the home of mushrooms and truffles, and from some of the most beautiful Italian cities of art such as Urbino, a Unesco heritage site, Gradara, San Leo, Gubbio, Assisi and many others.  
  
Private square in front of the entrance, furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Large surrounding garden bordered by paths leading to the top of the hill where you can see the Apennines on the border with Umbria.  
Shared swimming pool (15x7 - h 1,45) with hydro-massage bath surrounded by greenery. Large communal garden areas. Free private outdoor parking (inside the structure).  
  
Flat sqm. 180. The ground floor, approx. 80 sqm, consists of a living room with dining area, kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, TV and two sofa beds for two people.  
The mezzanine floor, approx. 120 sq. m., consists of a relaxation lounge with two sofa beds for two people, 5 spacious and bright double bedrooms with a 3rd bed (1 of which can also be a quadruple), and 3 bathrooms (1 of which is inside a room) with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. Independent heating  
  
The geographical position, on the border with Umbria and Tuscany and close to Emilia Romagna, is strategic and makes it easy to reach many destinations of naturalistic, enogastronomic, artistic and cultural interest. 20 km from Umbria, you can visit Città di Castello, Gubbio, Assisi, Arezzo and even Tuscany.  
The numerous surrounding villages, rich in history with their castles and museums, as well as truffle and mushroom patriae with their numerous food and wine festivals (Acqualagna, Sant'Angelo in Vado, Urbania, Apecchio, Piobbico) are just a few minutes' drive away.  
25 km. from the Renaissance city of Urbino, a Unesco heritage site.  
55 km. from the sea, Fano-Costa Adriatica, with its numerous free beaches, also for animals, and bathing establishments with a restaurant on the beach. 1 hour from Ancona with the marvellous Frasassi Caves and the enchanting, uncontaminated sea of the Conero with its marvellous cliffs and inlets. 1 hour from the Romagna coast to visit Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica and the numerous water parks (Acquafan, Acquario di Cattolica, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Imax, etc.).2 hours from San Marino, considered the oldest republic in the world and famous throughout the world for its natural and artistic beauty with its nine castles, monuments and museums. The nearest village is Piobbico, where all services such as supermarkets, bars, typical restaurants, church, pharmacy, doctor, banks, etc. are available.
