The step in shower was a big plus. It was extremely close to many restaurants and stores (short walking distance). Comfortable porch to sit and people watch. Well appointed. Easy to keep clean. We brought our ice maker. If you don't, bring a cooler just for ice. "Warning" I am 62 years old and the stairs are narrow. I hike a good bit so it is not an issue with me to get up there. Once one gets settled there, it is good. A prefect flat for the "Forgotten Coast." A wonderful town to walk.
