This was a good little room. There is free parking which is a bonus and a great little bakery around the corner. We stayed one night and enjoyed it.

we had an overnight stay on the return trip from Italy. The room was clean and well appointed. The corridor leading to the room was less clean - we thought there had been some work done that day. The shower drain did not take away water quickly enough leading to water overflowing from the tray during a shower. There was no-one on reception as we left and so we were unable to advise staff about the shower.

Good breakfast and clean. Rooms very small for 3 adults. Situated next to a very busy road - v noisy as had to have the windows open because of the heat and no air con.

Unfortunately the level of facilities is going down year by year. When it was Premier Classe hotel network, it was still fine hotel and excellent value for money. Now it's dirty, full of faults hotel. The location is very convenient though and it's cheap, however if you are looking for pleasant stay, look elsewhere.

Very pleasant stay, charming and friendly staff
Efficient check in, very nice and helpful staff, decent breakfast for the cost, secure location for parking, overall was very good. Arras as a town is beautiful and packed with history, would happily stay again.

Difficult to find sat nav did not get us even close had to ask for directions. Bedding had hairs on it . Was ok for one night on way home would not stay again.

Only 1 pillow each. Comfortable bed but it needs spare pillows. Shower door opens inward and it's a tight squeeze getting in. Good secure parking.

Just the job!
Besides a slight issue with check in as we’d arrived just after reception had closed and needed to use the automatic check in machine at the gate which refused to accept our reservation, we rang the phone number and we were quickly greeted with our key cards etc. I’ve stayed here twice now - both on my journey heading to & from the Alps and the location to Calais for the ferry is perfect, not too close (Arras is a lovely little town) and not too far away! The accommodation is exactly what you’d want from a no frills overnight stay and the breakfast was good value! This will definitely remain my pit stop for future stays.

Clean and good sized family room. Air con, TV and compact shower room. Convenient for a drive back to Dover. Also only a 15 min walk into Arras which has two beautiful squares packed with bars and restaurants.

Very convenient close to A26 road. Nice park nearby, Aldi and Lidl in walking distance perfect for budget holidaymakers, recently bakery opened just around a corner made it even more pleasing. For the price you pay you get very nice room with well balanced aircondition, comfy bed and hot shower, just what you need after long day of travel. Facilities getting a bit tired, but it`s still nice and clean hotel for a very reasonable price.

Nice park around the corner to walk the dog. Room was small bathroom very small .A/c wasn`t on at this time of year ,,,Sept ??? no internet in room very stuffy opened the window but the road was so noisy it kept us a wake .Beds only had one small pillow and the towels were old and thin .

The automatic check in was inoperative so we walked across the car park to reception and thankfully found someone there. He seemed very bothered that a total of 4 men were sharing 2 x triple rooms? He even said "I am very sceptical" and insisted he changed our rooms to 2 x twins?? This process took a good 20 minutes which at 3am was rather unnecessary and I suspect rather homophobic.

Good value for money. Room was clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Would not want to spend a fortnight but for a stopover it's perfect and happy to recommend. As a Brit, missed that fact that there were no in room tea/coffee making facilities but appreciate that this comes with a cost that might affect the budget price.
