The owner first denied ever having had any problems with them. He then advised us to use and spread the insecticide under the sink - strange. Inappropriate for a "luxury penthouse" and a case for the lawyer. Cockroaches are a serious health hazard. The owner refunded us 15% of the price, ridiculous. The beautiful view was unfortunately the only thing we could enjoy during our stay in this property. Back home, we first had to take immense precautions to avoid bringing in cockroaches. Unfortunately, no further answers from the owner. The booking portal couldn't help us either. ##### Jan K. Building is secure although a little rough around the the edges, and with the proximity to the train station it does not feel like the safest neighborhood.
