Lovely hotel.
We was allowed in our room early. Bedroom and bathroom was clean, bath towels supplied daily. The only down side was the pillows were too soft.We would definitely go back again.

The hotel was very clean, good decor and staff friendly and professional. I speak English and the staff were very good at communicating in this language. I asked for soya milk as I'm dairy free and was provided. Excellent stay.

Best service ever!!
The bar and evening staff for Friday and Saturday night was just amazing! They accommodated all of us and went above and beyond for us! We attend a music festival in the nearby town that ended well past midnight and took partying back in the hotel room! We love this place!

Hairs everywhere in the shower. Such a pity... but disgusting. When you get to your room so late at night you prefer not having a shower than complain.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast is sufficient and rooms are clean with a good selection of bathroom products. Limited drinks at the bar but it didnt make the experience any less comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and eager to offer assistance

We stayed overnight at this hotel on route to a local themepark. We arrived there mid evening and left early morning so did not use much of the hotel facilities. However it appeared a very nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds, with friendly staff. Well located near the main road without traffic noise. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and good quality. The drive to the themepark is about 20 mins. Approx midpoint there is a well known Burger resturant. Keep an eye out for speed cameras on the route, there was at least 3 and they are different to the type used in the UK.

Good hotel overall
Room size was small for the price. Room was dim lighting. Sky roof window was drafty, heating did not work but air con did which meant that air con side of room was constantly whilst sky roof window side was cold . Room was very clean but there were at least 10 big flies in the room when we checked in. Flies could have been dealt with before check in. Location is in the middle of woods so nothing near by. On the good side, fantastic bed comfort and pillows. Pool was good size and warm. Snooker table was great. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was fantastic. Staff (Yella at reception) were impeccable. Location is 30 minutes drive from Antwerp.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been updated since my last stay and are very nice. The gym facility needs modernisation and more equipment if it is to appeal to business stopovers.

Its ok, used for business wouldnt use for pleasure
Nice clean hotel, however in the middle of nowhere, we only use this hotel as it is close to our Belgian office. Also they do not serve food after 9pm in the evening which is really frustrating when you have been traveling and do not arrive until late and cannot get anything to eat. Also the beds are extremely hard and hurt my back.

Great hotel deserves friendlier staff
Hotel staff was not so friendly No Good Morning or a little Hi First remark of Frontdesk when we checked out after breakfast was not "Hello" but "you should have checked out before 10'. We were the only visitors at that time !!! :-(

Clean hotel
This was a nice, modern property with good amenities. The Best Western website indicated there were laundry facilities on the property and Hotels.com listed it as laundry service. It was indeed laundry service available only during the week. My primary need for this location was laundry. The location was not close to really anything. There was to be walking and hiking trails and bike rentals available according to the hotel information in the room. The visit did not go as well as I expected.

Convenient, Quiet, Fantastic Staff, BUT Mosquitos
Hotel is conveniently off the highway but a ways from any local towns so meals would need to be taken in the hotel or after a 10 minute travel or so. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The area is like a small park, very pleasant, and our room was exceptionally quiet. Unfortunately we found the chairs in the room extremely uncomfortable - side chairs not really made for lounging. Also, because we were on the top floor, the roof line was at an angle so it was impossible to sit up in bed to read. The other issue, at least for those of us spoiled by AC, was no airconditioning. The windows were equipped with screens and opened nicely. Unfortunately, because of the time of year and weather conditions, mosquitoes were most annoying. The choice was between fresh, cool air or potential mosquito bites - we opted for the comfort provided by open windows. However in the morning, counting over 15 bites, made us reconsider the choice of the evening before. Enjoyed our 2-night stay overall.

Disgusted- We asked for a room near a lift because we are both disabled we were put in an attic room with no window to look out of (421) which is the furthest away from the lift. WE were disturbed to move our car when we got down there was no one there. The receptionist was aggressive we were told it was Hotels.com's fault. They were busy with a conference it took three quarters of an hour for our evening meal to arrive when I asked when we would be served we were told they were busy and we had to wait. We have stayed at this hotel several times before with no complaint there was simply not enough staaf

We vonden de kamer netjes en schoon en de airco was fantastisch met een buitentemperatuur van 34 graden hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Douche en bed waren prima! Ontbijt was ook goed en personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Faciliteiten verder niet gebruikt dus geen oordeel over.
