The staff were really friendly and a couple of them spoke english so that was reallly helpful. The location is convenient. A few minute walk down to the main restaurants and bars. The walk can be a little dark, so have your camera flashlight handy. It is a really safe area, no issues at all. The only 2 issues i had were that the tv didn't work, only the menu page loaded but no channels and i tried having a hot bath, but there was no hot water. Either than that, the hotel is great. Would definitely recommend it." It takes about 15 mins before the water becomes hot. I had an eSim and the data was terrible. The hotel's wifi was not any better. My overall experience there was frustrating because no internet meant no communication because i depended on google translate. However, the room was nice and the location was good. The area is safe. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance." The food is delicious and rotates every meal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Customer service is great and the staff do their best to accommodate. We had a 4 year old and a 9 month old and they put an extra bed in the room for us. I highly recommend the excursion to Nose Iranja, not only will you see a beautiful beach but you’ll also get a fantastic seafood lunch arranged by the hotel. Fabrice saved us as we were struggling to communicate with the staff in French. He checked on us regularly and helped us with special arrangements that we needed. The hotel offers several entertainment activities including aquatics, dancing, and fire show at night. Highly recommend this place especially for families."
