Hampton Inn & Suites Bay City
10/10 Excellent
"Great location not far from highway and plenty to do in the immediate area. Shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet except for a rowdy crowd in the parking lot celebrating a baseball win but that wasn't too late or obnoxious. Pool was enjoyed although lack of hot tub was a bummer. "
"Hotel is great. Couldn’t get the TV to turn on. Called the front desk twice but no one came. I finally found a button on the bottom of the TV that apparently was the main power switch that was off."
Cute house on Saginaw Bay with hot tub on private beach.

"Wonderful and great for a small family! We had a really good time next to the beach and having Bay City close by for any needs. Would definitely come back! "
"Employees went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of. New ownership company and the entire resort is under a major remodel and renovation, so things were a little of sorts. I am extremely excited to see the changes over the next year or so. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable along with phenomenal water pressure in the shower. Staff that cares about customers and money to invest into the property, is Bay Valley making a Rocky Balboa like return?? Only time will tell. "
"We decided on this hotel due to location unaware the amount of traffic surounding the hotel is hectic due to bridge crossings on either side.
I must say it was an "excellent" decision due to the customer service we received. From the General manager to the cleaning crew absolutly everyone went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one! Everyone took time to stop and say heĺlo with such a heartfelt demeanor! This hotel was clean, comfortable and would highly recommend if your in Bay City. "
