Welcome to our Beautiful Villa. Villa Romans is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa in the lovely la estancia development and golf complex. Located just 15 minutes from the airport, and two minutes walk from the beach and shops.  
  
The villa has been fitted out to a very high standard, and is suitable for families, or couples.  
  
The villa has 3 bedrooms,  
One master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom.  
One double bedroom with double bed.  
One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for kids or teens.  
  
With covered in fencing to add privacy to the pool area of the villa feels very exclusive, and safe.  
  
The villa has a private heated swimming pool, and outdoor Bbq.  
  
The villa also has the added benefit of an outdoor pool table.  
  
The garden furniture is of high quality and includes a very large sitting area to the front of the pool.  
  
The lounge which opens up onto the pool area is spacious and decorated to a high standard, with comfortable seating, table and six chairs for dining and a 50" flat screen tv with over 200 channels inc sky sports and movies.  
  
The villa has air conditioning and complimentary high speed wifi.  
  
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all mod cons.  
  
The villa has an outdoor laundry area equipped with washing machine and outdoor sink for cleaning.  
  
The villa is fully alarmed,  
  
You and your family will have a wonderful stay at Villa Romans.
