It has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. There is a safe in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower with rainhead & regular shower heads. Toilet, sink & bidet. A hairdryer is included. The large living room has a comfortable corner sofa seating 5 and a dining room table and chairs for 4\. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV, with internet TV including catchup, films, boxsets & radio. There is a seperate HiFi with a selection of CDs, books, games and jigsaw puzzles. Fibre optic WiFi is included. The kitchen was fully refurbished in October 2022 and is fully equipped with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and slow cooker along with all the crockery and cutlery and containers you may need. Outside, the main patio is south facing and enjoys the sun all day long. At the front, there is a patio table with 4 chairs (all with comfy cushions) and a parasol. At the side of the villa there is an astro-turfed area and a second patio area. Here, there are 4 sunbeds (again with comfy cushions) and 2 side tables.
