With 4 spacious bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, the villa guarantees privacy and comfort. The villa has been decorated with attention to detail, and has an outdoor area with a private swimming pool and solarium, where you can relax and enjoy the good weather.  
  
This modern villa is ideal for families, groups of friends, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 8 people, WiFi Internet and all the comforts. It has a large outdoor area and garden surrounding the house, where you can relax, have lunch and enjoy a delicious outdoor barbecue, with a covered dining area, solarium and private pool, all designed to enjoy the environment and live a unique experience.  
  
With 4 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with bathtub, two double bedrooms with two single beds in each of them and one bedroom with double bed and a large dressing room. For greater comfort, all the bedrooms have a fan. There is also an additional full bathroom with shower.  
  
It offers a fully equipped independent kitchen, a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, dining area and direct access to the spacious terrace of the flat, which has an additional toilet.  
  
It has all the comforts to make your holiday a unique experience in Fuerteventura. With an unbeatable location to get to know the island, it is located in the centre, halfway between the north and the south.  
  
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes iron, BBQ, cot, high chair, blankets, bed linen and much more.
