"Luxurious hotel right in front of the beach."
Didn't expect such a luxurious experience from Sheraton. Great for families, no binge drinking teenagers one would expect from Fuerteventura, first class facilities and the most important factor - right in front of the beach!

"Nice family resort"
Although a much larger resort than we are normally used the area we were in (Marcello) was very secluded and intimate. We had a detached bungalow with our own patio and small garden. For us it was a short stroll to the pool dedicated to this area and only about 5mins walk to the very nice sandy beach. We were bed and breakfast and for us it was only about 10mins walk to the restaurant and bar areas of Calle de Fuste which had a wide variety of cuisine. Breakfast in the large restaurant was a busy affair with wall to wall people, however the staff coped very well clearing tables very quickly and putting down fresh cutlery etc. The selection of food was excellent from cereals to all sorts of fruit, cheeses, cold meats and a wide range of pastries, then there was hot food which was freshly cooked, eggs fried and scrambled, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, beans etc etc and pancakes with a variety of toppings. On top of the that was cold juices, water, milk, tea and coffee plus as much bread as you could eat. Overall we had a lovely holiday in a very nice resort, children and young adults are well catered for with entertainment going on throughout the day and in the evenings. Was a bit noisy around the poolsides with loud music sometimes but the beach was a perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet.

The hotel is very spacious and bright. Weiked that the distance to the airport was only 10 minutes away and weren't bothered by the airplanes which flew over us during the day at times. Room for improvement is the cleanliness in the bathroom by the restaurant and the lobby. Also the knowledge of the staff members was not always 100% accurate.

"Excellent staff, great location, excellent food. "
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at going to fuertuventura. The staff were excellent from the waiters and waitresses to the animation and activities team. The staff were attentive and got to know your preferences and likes so over the 10 days they knew what you would like and provided this for you without asking. The animation staff (activities) were vibrant and tried to involve everyone, regardless of age. The entertainment in the evening was ok but you could tell the staff and put as much effort in as they could. I have been to all inclusive hotels before and you can normally tell they do not put much effort into the food. This is not the case at this hotel. The food quality was excellent and they offered wide variety of food all at a high quality. For the value of the price combined with the excellent food service I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was good. The bed was perfect and was a Super king which was a great size to have in a warm country, The room was kept clean throughout our stay but the coffee and tea were not replaced at all during our stay. The fact it was all inclusive meant this wasn't a huge issue but it would have been nice. The one downside was that there was no air con in the room. For us this didn't make too much of a difference as it was January and with the balcony door open it cooled the room. This might be a slight issue in summer. Overall we had an excellent stay.

"Needed two days close to airport at short notice"
Doesn't pretend to be anything that it isn't. Just what you'd expect for the cost and any limitations/irritations are a function of that rather than a real shortcoming

"Great outdoor pool area & location to beach"
On arrival hotel has wow factor, our room was basic with a sea view but when it came to bed time the noise from the plant room sounded like a lighthouse foghorn and it was reported but no one got back to us. Food was disappointing as it was just the same thing every night with a slight ingredient variation so buy our 5th/6th night we were not eating. Staff favoured guests that were not wearing the All Inclusive wristband which was annoying as we had paid more for our holiday but this was purely tip oriented.

"Excellent value for money"
We only booked our trip two weeks before coming, and considering the price - we were thrilled with the trip. Arrived home yesterday tanned, relaxed and happy. The staff here are amazing, nothing is too much, everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was always something for us at breakfast/dinner to choose from, and always warm and delicious. Room was huge, beds super comfy (room 135) we had our own private terrace which was a perfect little sun trap in the late afternoon. Loved the walk into the next town along the coastal path with the wild chipmunks. Pool was great, never a problem getting a sunbed. Will definitely be going back same time next year. No complaints at all, best £250 each we've ever paid!

"Good location for a beach holiday."
Nicely appointed and well designed rooms. A big advantage to have a small intimate restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner and avoid the usual half board scrum on a beach holiday. The chefs were excellent.
