The outdoor porch is fully included in the property, along with the entire yard. The upstairs terrace extends the length of the apartment and offers a serene and private outdoor living space. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking.The management team is incredibly responsive; I found that using WhatsApp to ask questions ensured I got quick replies. All the amenities listed were provided as promised. The laundry service is very affordable, and if you put your items out before 8 AM, you'll have them back the same day.The location is ideal, with everything within walking distance.
