The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We needed to leave our bags the last day and they kept our bags until the afternoon when we left Antigua without a problem. The breakfast was very delicious and the quantity was perfect. Overall the hotel and service was great. The only issue is that the bathrooms are small and for older people it’s hard for them to sit and stand up from the toilet bowl. I would suggest putting a hand rail next to the toilet bowl to help them stand since enlarging the bathroom isn’t a quick fix. Did not have two rooms together nor did they have the two big rooms made on the reservations and had to pay more than our reservations online. But did have my card information.
