« Owners were very responsive when we had to contact them regarding an issue with the home. They were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. They have all the basics including propane for the grill, salt, pepper, spices, they even had shampoo and body wash! It was a perfect space to watch the sunset and be among friends. « Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. « Check-in was smooth and easy. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the wifi but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. The location is excellent, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and breweries. Twin Bears Bakery should not be missed. The parking in the back was very appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We certainly will stay there again. »

« Me and my coworkers stayed in this lovely newly constructed townhouse. Checking in was easy, garage door opener left for us to use was nice. House had everything we needed. While we attend a hair show at the temple academy, Presley Poe & friends. We had ample time to explore Fredrick MD. « We absolutely loved all the antiques displayed. My friend and I were in our glory looking through the house and all of the antiques. It was a step back in time. We would recommend some nice rockers or good seating for the front porch. We wanted to sit outside and relax when we got there, but it wasn’t really set up on the porch with comfy seating for 4. »

The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF.
